Rings: UK letter sizes. Wrap a strip of paper round the base of your finger, mark where it meets and measure the length in mm: 49.3mm = J, 51.9mm = L, 54.4mm = N, 57.0mm = P.
Necklaces: 40cm sits on the collarbone, 45cm just below, 50cm on the sternum.
